Lone Working (dealing with aggression, conflict management and breakaway techniques)

The hazards faced by lone workers can be made significantly more high risk, if effective training has not been provided. Whether it’s dealing with aggressive members of the public or contractors, lone working places any employee at a greater degree of risk than those working in teams. It is essential that any employer have in place the right procedures procedures to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all staff whilst at work.
