We offer a 30 day no quibble guarantee on our Health and Safety training DVD's.

Inspection, defects and non delivery

Please inspect the Supplies as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery First Health and Safety shall not be liable for any defect in the Supplies unless written notice is given within 10 days of the date of inspection.

Prior to returning any Goods to First Health and Safety for any reason, pleaese contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number ('RAN'). All Goods are returned at the Customer's risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods and for providing proof of delivery of such return.

First Health and Safety operate a 30 day return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods should be returned for receipt by First Health and Safety within 30 days of despatch. The Customer should return the Goods to "The Returns Department, First Health and Safety, Bordesley Hall, The Holloway, Alvechurch, B48 7QA " clearly quoting the RAN.

Please be sure to obtain a certificate of posting and insure your returned parcel - we cannot be held liable for losses without this.
